Project: Song of 1000 Birds IPA Label
Overview: The client wanted to create a series of three beers that were fermented with Voss Kveik, but brewed with different ingredients. The brewer had an idea to name each beer after songs in an Anime series he watches. Song of 1000 Birds is one of these songs. In the series a character strikes the ground so hard that lightning flashes and creates a piercing noise that's said to mimic the sound of 1000 birds. I wanted to create that visually by using photoshop brushes for the lightning and birds outlined in Illustrator. The label is mostly monochromatic blue. This label was printed using Metallic Bop. White plates were only used in place of the text so it did not become hard to read for the consumer.
