Overview: When I was introduced to Lake Zurich Brewing Company, I was met with two owners who had a clear vision for their business. The moon logo you see below was the initial vision for the brewery. They had dreams of being a big part of the community while working summer night events. A few short weeks later, they hired a brewer who had a completely different vision. After working with him, the Bear-Deer was born. A fun little accident in merging the two together was that they both make up the word, beer. In the end, the animal won out.
